how can I get the dynamic playlist to work?

Having finally got dynamic playlists to (mostly) work in jaunty, the feature seems to be completely broken on karmic -- or maybe they've changed the way the Strangest Interface In The World works.
Specifically, I want to select:
songs rated 5 stars with 99% probability
unrated songs with 1% probability
The settings that performed this task in jaunty no longer work; in karmic they produce songs rated with 5 stars with 100% probability.
How do I set amarok so that it does what I want?
