How can I delete a file (permanently) in a playlist?

Asked by davebrand

In Amarok 1, I could right-click on a song and delete it permanently. However this isn't an option in Amarok 2.

Furthermore, dragging the file to the trash does nothing. The file does not disappear from the playlist or the folder nor does it appear in the trash.

How can I delete a file from amarok?

Thanks!

Right click song to delete -> manage files -> delete

You can choose to move it to trash or tick the box to completely delete it

Your call.
