no menu item in some translations

Why there is no "Load random mix" feature in playlist context menu of translated versions of Amarok? There it is in default English installation, but it disappears after installing a localization. I've tried Russian and Ukrainian ones, and neither has had this menu item.

Localisation of Amarok is provided by KDE Translation Team http://i18n.kde.org/ , so the best decision might be contact with them. Here is adress of their mail-list — <email address hidden>
