Hi Cladder,

I don't know about the Alba player, maybe it is being mounted on your desktop? (If you stick it in, look for a new icon to appear). If this is the case you could just open that new drive and drag your music to it.

For your Creative Zen there are possibilities though.. maybe this is not the best moment to tell you this since you bought the new player.. but you can install some programs which will work with your Zen.
There are actually 2 programs:
- Gnomad2 (my preferred choise)
- Neutrino

If you put your Zen into a USB bay, and than launch one of the 2 programs it should recognize it.
For more information (about supported devices) you could look at: http://gnomad2.sourceforge.net/

Hope this helps

when you connect your music player, does it act like a mass storage device? like a thumbdrive? does it appear on the desktop and can you open it and drag'n'drop mp3 files to it?

Can you help with this problem?
