Quickly enqueue entire collection

I'd like to have my entire collection in one huge playlist so I can put it on shuffle. Is there a way I can do this without having to enqueue each album one at a time? Alternatively, is there a 'play any track' or similar option?

In playlists tab, there is "All Collection" playlist under "Smart playlists" folder.
You can then press Playlist - Shuffle in menu bar, or you can press the arrow pointing to right in the bottom bar.

I do not appear to have a "Smart playlists" folder.. Does the new Amarok version has a different way to achieve this?

I'm using:
Amarok Version 2.0.2
Using KDE 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2)
