I can´t add files to play, how do I can?

I don´t know how to add files to listen it, when I´m listen some others. I mean this is a silly question, but I´m bored to find the way. HOW DO I ADD MUSIC FILES TO LISTEN IN AMAROK???

How do i add songs to the playlists? Or how do i copy songs do the folder Musics?
