How Do I Restore my iPod???

My iPod 2nd Gen Shuffle, was synced but then it wouldn't play music, i wondered why, and went to the ipod support site, i tried restting my ipod. And then found out my ipod needs to be restored, because of an alternating green and orange light. How do i restore my ipod on Amarok??????????

I think you need to attach your iPod to a windows or mac os box with iTunes to restore. I don't think Amarok has that capability.
