Sync in Amrok to IPod is there some?

Hello there
I'v some Quiz for you.

I'v just connected my IPod with Amrok all looks fine, but how do I transfer videos, music and Podcasts to my Ipod.

Secondly
Can I subscribe to Podcasts?
