shoutcast does not display any radio station

looking at shoutcast radio stations, no radio information is downloaded so...no shoutcast.
Jamendo works well.
This happens on my PC at work: maybe is proxy problem..where can I check if firewall does not permit the connexion ?
At home all works well.

Using kubuntu8.10, Amarok 2.0 kde 4.1.3

I haven't understood what the problem is, but if there is a firewall, you can't easily pass through it if it blocks ports :)

Have you tried using applications such as the following:
- streamtuner
- tunapie

Can you help with this problem?
