information of a bug report

Hello!
I am running Ubuntu 14.04 on raspberry pi 2 hardware. I have noticed aplay utility of alsa works incorrectly.
So my questions:
1. Can I report a bug for that hardware?
2. Do I need to reproduce it on ubuntu 15.04 before to report?
3. If so. Can I choose ubuntu mate 15.04 to reproduce the bug?

If you use:

ubuntu-bug alsa-base

It will start the process and should report the hardware. You can always run the alsa-info.sh script and upload the text as an update on the bug report.

Ubuntu 15.04 is dead and gone. Nobody cares about it
