Did you first remove the model=lenovo model option before trying all the other model options which are mentioned below?

Make sure to not use different model options at the same time in your alsa-base.conf file.

I did. The problem is that my sound doesn't work all the time. Yesterday it didn't worked. Now, it works. I have only rebooted my pc...
