I don't know why my proxy is not authenticating in terminal as i have applied my proxy authentication system wide.so i m unable to give output from step 3

You don't need an Internet connection or proxy connection to follow the solution procedure I gave you. What exactly did not work? Did you follow this procedure and then reboot and retest sound, as I suggested earlier on? For the proxy authentication issue, I recommend creating a new question/thread, as that issue has nothing to do with the sound issue on this thread.

1. copy-paste the following command into the Terminal:

gksudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf

2. and add these lines to the end of the file:

# Keep snd-pcsp from being loaded as first soundcard
options snd-pcsp index=-2
alias snd-card-0 snd-hda-intel
alias sound-slot-0 snd-hda-intel
options snd-hda-intel model=dell-m4-1
options snd-hda-intel enable_msi=1

3. Then navigate to System>Preferences>Sound and change everything to ALSA

4. copy-paste the following command into the Terminal:

gksudo gedit /etc/group

5. replace the following line:

audio:x:29:pulse

with this line:

audio:x:29:ajay,pulse

6. reboot and retest sound

7. In the Mixer control panel and in alsamixer, make sure to unmute all channels and increase the volume on all channels. Set all the volume channels to 77% , not 100%, in order to avoid sound distortion.
