Audio not working on Dell Vostro 1520

I'm not getting any audio whatsoever! I've tried muting, unmuting, and randomly adjusting the sound with no effect at all... though it did work after the initial installation, so any idea what the problem may be now?

Upgrading to ALSA would seem to have resolved my issue, thanks again.
