After inspecting the Terminal output of the ALSA Information script I notice the ALSA Library version and utilities do not match.

I want to get sound output using a speaker jack going into the back of the pc into integrated board and headphones jack going into front of pc. There is a sound card which also does not work but I don't care to use it.

Rebooted to test but still no sound via jack in back for speakers or front jack for headphones

I Worked my way down to Step 16 and it says Card 1 and Device 7 work even though I heard no sound. Was I suppose to? Anyway the instructions after that are a bit unclear for me so I would prefer to wait for help at this point now.
