Have a robotic sound in my laptop as sound drivers are not working properly

My sound is 100 percent clear in mozilla firefox but not in any other web browser,microsoft teams,etc.it is showing a robotic sound in other apps .my uncle said that you should delete the new version if sound driver a nd download the new one .Please help me in this problem
