My headphone jeck is not working after fresh install ubuntu please help me to resolve this problem

Hi ,

My laptop's headphone jack is not working after fresh install but the inbuilt speakers working fine. using Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS please help me to resolve this problem . i tried this blog to resolve the problem https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SoundTroubleshootingProcedure#Step_1 but does not work for me
the sound card is real-tech (ALC3228)
