If you install and use pavucontrol does it help?

Weirldy enough after istalling it nothing happend, I still couldnt see any output/input devices expect for Dummy output. After reeboting still nothing changed. But after listing playback devices with "aplay -l" every device showed up in pavucontrol.

I'm not sure if it's solution or just weird act of god but everything seems to be working for now.

You need to run it after you run it

It does work now, but now with each restart, I have to switch profile in the configuration tab for my audio controller - in pavucontrol, just to get devices to show up in the output devices tab - in pavucontrol

Can you help with this problem?
