USB Audio Line Out to Dell WD15 - no sound

After installing Ubuntu 20.04 on my laptop I am no longer able to hear any sound from my speakers connected to my Dell WD15 dock. Sound previously worked with Ubuntu dual-booted with Windows but since removing Windows I am unable to hear anything. pavucontrol show audio is being registered in USB Audio Line Out but no sound from the speakers.

I dual-boot with Windows on my other laptop, I connected it to the speakers and booted into Windows and the speakers through the dock were working. I switched back to Ubuntu, still working, plugged in the laptop with only Ubuntu installed and still working. I have no idea how/why this has fixed it but seems to be fine for the moment.
