No sound after upgrading to Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS - all troubleshooting failed

Hi,

I have Ubuntu installed as dual bot with windows and after I upgraded to Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS 64 bit, no audio is now coming out I've tried all possible troubleshooting including steps here https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SoundTroubleshootingProcedure

and no luck

here is the output of my diagnostic command

If you install and use pavucontrol does it help?
