still Dummy Output, no sound.
Analog output via desktop speaker would be fine. It would be the best if the onboard S/PDIF works.

"I reinstall all with the latest Linux Mint"

We cannot help with Linux Mint.

This is support for Ubuntu only, and not for operating systems that are "based on Ubuntu" like Linux Mint.

Support for Linux Mint can be found at https://www.linuxmint.com/contactus.php and https://forums.linuxmint.com/

Can you help with this problem?

Provide an answer of your own, or ask TC Yu for more information if necessary.
