Problem in dual boot windows 10 and ubuntu 20.04

i have dual boot windows 10 and ubuntu 20.04 in my laptop (hp 450 G3). But in ubuntu sound does not play and time not set when i set it it goes wrong from the windows 10 side and vice versa.
