Internal Mic and Headphone not working on hp spectre Ubuntu 20

I was never able to make headphone jack work on my HP spectre x30 (ubuntu 20.04) and I somehow learned to live with it.
but today internal mic on the laptop stopped working, this is really a issue as I am using it with zoom callls. I have tried several options of trying to remove and install pulse audio, tried to change pin setting on hdajackretask, but nothing helped.

I have dualboot with win 10 and headohone jack and mic works fine on windows.
