Ubuntu 18.04 Dummy Output

Hello!

I recently installed ubuntu 18.04 on a Dell G3 15 3590 and I don't have sound. On settings, there's only Dummy Output. I have already tried a lot of things from topics with the same issue, but none worked for me. Here are some diagnoses from ALSA:

If you install and run pavucontrol does it help?

No, in settings all available profiles of HDA Nvidia show (unplugged)
