No sound coming in or out of my voip softphone.

My speakers work website. Buy my micro is not working with Zoiper5. I don't understand. The settings seems to be ok?

The same happens to me. it works with https://lilylisto.com/ . My microphone unable to work with zoiper. if anyone have resolved it kindly help me.
