Unable to redirect sound to either HDMI or Bluetooth

Hi,

I cannot redirect the sound on the laptop to any of the sources that I have.

Changing it to HDMI and ckeck on the test sound, the left and right all only came out from the laptop speakers.

The pulse audio package/volume control is helping. Toggling the fallback option between the available output device helps.
