This is support for Ubuntu only, and not for operating systems that are "based on Ubuntu" like Linux Mint and Elementary OS.
These have their own support pages (already given by bernard stafford).

Thanks for your guidance
But I didn't get it right
Because the sound driver was installed on every Linux distribution I installed and had no problems with Bluetooth handsfree, but you are not a Surface 3 speaker
The sound codec seems to be installed but the speaker does not recognize the device
By the way, as you might have guessed, I installed a variety of Linux distributions on this machine, and there was no problem installing it.
From Elementary to Linux Mint to all kinds of Ubuntu distributions including Ubuntu Mate or Ubuntu GNOME
For example, GNOME's Ubuntu 18.4.3 LTS
That everything is working except for sound
I tested almost all the distributions and there was this sound problem
But I had a Bluetooth handsfree
So he knows the sound card but probably doesn't know the speakers of the device
Please help me if you can
Because I have tried so many ways and my problem is not resolved
thank you.
