Alsa not recognizing my sound card

I've been suffering of many sound recently, begin with 'Dummy Output' that was fixed at first easily .
After going though many tutorials, currently on dead end :)

Alsa does not recognized my sound card

$ lsmod | grep snd_hda_intel
outputs nothing

$ pacmd list-cards
0 card(s) available.

$ lspci -nnk | grep -A2 Audio
