no sound

hi dear
my surface pro 4 installed ubuntu 18.04 LTS
in my device driver of sound card installed my problem is no sound and in pulse showed speakers (unavailable) and headphones (plugged in) If the headphones are not inside the device, when I plug in the headphones, the sound is well broadcast from the headphones .I even deleted the sound drivers and installed them again.
I'm sorry for the bad language
