alsa-driver package

alsa driver doesn't work on my system

hi,
after I started my ubuntu I noticed that my system doesn't have any sound so I tried many things that I could find on Google but mostly this page:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SoundTroubleshootingProcedure

but none of them had worked but one of the steps said to run this:
wget -O alsa-info.sh http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-info.sh && chmod +x ./alsa-info.sh && ./alsa-info.sh

after running this output was this:
http://www.alsa-project.org/db/?f=8709838fd2997ae841b1684f8a274c7e5396b1e2

and in the output my alsa driver has no version so I tried what the manual said:
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:ubuntu-audio-dev/alsa-daily
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install linux-image-extra-`uname -r`
sudo apt-get install --reinstall linux-image-extra-`uname -r`
sudo apt-get install oem-audio-hda-daily-dkms
but when I run this commands:
sudo apt-get install linux-image-extra-`uname -r`
sudo apt-get install --reinstall linux-image-extra-`uname -r`

I get this errors:
E: Unable to locate package linux-image-extra-4.15.0-34-generic
E: Couldn't find any package by glob 'linux-image-extra-4.15.0-34-generic'
E: Couldn't find any package by regex 'linux-image-extra-4.15.0-34-generic'

even I installed alsa driver manually but it didn't work either.
if anyone could help me I would appreciate that...

The is still no ALSA driver version in your Terminal output.

Please send us the full output of this command:

Please exercise caution when running this command! Carefully read and understand what they do. For instance, the sudo apt-get install command includes the entire Ubuntu desktop. This will likely create problems for users of the other flavors of Ubuntu -- a Kubuntu user would not want the Unity interface installed. While the outcome of running the suggested command string above may indeed fix certain sound problems, be aware that it is a very blunt approach and could result in unintended consequences.

You might need to install the package linux-modules-extra-4.15.0-34-generic

The linux-image-extra-... package is the successor of the linux-image-extra-... package in kernel versions 4.15 and higher.

I tried linux-modules-extra-4.15.0-34-generic but it says it already installed.
and this is the output that you wanted:

Issue the command

sudo apt-get install --reinstall linux-modules-extra-`uname -r`

reboot, then re-run the also-info script and finally post the link that you receive.
