How are you outputting sound? 3.5mm jack? HDMI? Bluetooth headphones?

Have you tried headphones in the front audio jack? Do you get sound there?

German Minsky (gminsky) said : #2

Yes, with a 3.5mm jack. Tried with speakers and regular wired headphones in front and back audio jacks

If you run:

alsamixer

Are all levels maxed and unmuted. Use cursor keys as you expect. M to un/mute and ESC to exit. Use F6 to change the device manipulated

Obviously make sure the speakers are on and turned up. Play a long piece of audio and try the speakers in each hole in succession too

Can you help with this problem?
