I assume you mean Ubuntu 16.04. "Ubuntu 16" doesn't exist.

What is the output of:

wget -O alsa-info.sh http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-info.sh && chmod +x ./alsa-info.sh && ./alsa-info.sh

people over the other side cant hear voice ..something is wrong with input microphone
