No sound on v17.04

I've upgraded from Windows 7 to Ubuntu 17.04, installation was smooth had no issues however after the upgrade there seems to be no sound at all with exception to bluetooth devices, when I use a bluetooth headphone or speaker it works fine.

Sound card seems to be detected.

Can somebody help me on this to get this work , I really don't want to go back to windows.

Your ALSA Terminal output shows that lots of mixer channels are muted in alsamixer (for example: headphone and line channels).

You need to unmute them using the M key in the console program called alsamixer.

Please also increase volume on ALL mixer channels to 100%

Then retest audio output using headphones and speakers.

Test all audio jacks at the front and the back of your PC.
