Cannot use headphone in Desktop.

I cannot use headphone in Desktop. I have followed this page

Found out that my ALSA version is wierd
Driver version: k3.13.0-24-generic
Library version:
Utilities version: 1.0.27.2

Can somebody help?

Linux Mint is not supported by the Ubuntu community in any way. It's support community is entirely separate from Ubuntu's. I suggest you post on the Mint forum here:
https://forums.linuxmint.com

None of the "Ubuntu based" distributions are supported here.
