Ubuntu no sound

Asked by Hui

I followed the sound troubleshooting procedure (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SoundTroubleshootingProcedure) to step 3, and typed in the bash command
wget -O alsa-info.sh http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-info.sh && chmod +x ./alsa-info.sh && ./alsa-info.sh

Below is the terminal output:

The ALSA Terminal output in

http://www.alsa-project.org/db/?f=089256ed68eb4de7747f5437bd7779473e79b88f

shows that lots of mixer channels are muted in alsamixer.

You need to unmute them using the M key in the console program called
alsamixer

Then retest audio output using headphones and speakers.

Test all audio jacks at the front and the back of your PC.

Can you help with this problem?
