my laptop sound is creaking .. I am using ubuntu 14.04

I am using ubuntu 14.04 . While I increase my laptop volume . I am getting creaking sound . I spoke with technical person .

Can any one please advise me whether its my laptop hardware problem or OS problem.

My Laptop details:-
Laptop:- Dell
Model;-Inspiron 15 3000 series
processor ; - i3

What is the output of:

wget -O alsa-info.sh http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-info.sh && chmod +x ./alsa-info.sh && ./alsa-info.sh

Try the below command:

echo "options snd hda intel power_save=0" | sudo tee -a /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf > /dev/null

Reboot to test
