Ubuntu 16.04 Toshiba NB 255 No Sound

I've been following the guide here: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SoundTroubleshootingProcedure

I input the terminal command as illustrated in the guide. The output is here:

I'm unable to get any sound from the built-in laptop speakers. The sound works through the headphone jack. The built-in sound works in Windows.

If you run:

alsamixer

Are all levels maxed and unmuted. Use F6 to change the device manipulated and ESC to exit. Use M to un/mute and cursor keys as you expect.

Remember to scroll off to the right side of the terminal as there may be more channels to check

Master, Speaker, and PCM are all maxed. Headphone Mic, Beep, and Internal Mic are all muted. Mic boost and Internal mic boost are all at 0.
