Sound Troubleshooting

I'm having a problem with my soundcard, tried to reinstall alsa and a few others solutions I found on web, but none could solve my problem. Then I decided to follow the SoundTroubleshootingProcedure (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SoundTroubleshootingProcedure) as Canonical recommends and here we are.

I've executed the Step 3 and this is the generated log:
