High Pitch sound when headphone plugged

Hello,

When I plug my headphone I heard an high pitch noise.
I tried to follow many solutions found on internet but nothing seems to work.

It doesn't happen if I boot on window first then restart on ubuntu.

Let me know if I need to provide more details.

Edit- 1: The bug is the same with every headphone.
