No sound from speakers unless headphone unmuted and loud
Panasonic CF-C1, with a new install of Ubuntu 16.04. No sound from the laptop internal speakers at logon. Mucking about in alsamixer I found that the sound would work from the speakers only if I unmute the headphone option and raise the headphone sound level. Changing or muting the speaker setting makes no difference. The changes I make here are temporary, and are lost after rebooting. Is this a bug, or something I can change in the configurations?
