Built-in speaker Not found suddenly in System [Ubuntu 14.04.3+acer Travelmate Laptop]

Everything was running well. Suddenly, I discover my built-in speaker is not working. I have taken some process that could hamper my built-in sound system: hardware driver up-gradation for ubuntu 16.04.1...(my base system was ubuntu 14.04.3).
Based on this above cause, I format linux partition and again install 14.04.3, 16.04, kubantu 16.04.1 etc. But nothing happen... no sound... Only silence. Fortunately, my headphone work well.. What should i do...
