no sound on headphones

Since i upgraded from 15.10 to 16.04 i cant hear anything on the headphones. Before upgrade, i could do it. Searching on google i found this command "wget -O alsa-info.sh http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-info.sh && chmod +x ./alsa-info.sh && ./alsa-info.sh" and this is the result. (sorry for my english)

Try:

killall pulseaudio; rm -r ~/.pulse* ~/.config/pulse*

Wait ten seconds then reboot.
