Only HDMI Sound Card Showing up

Alsa Diagnostics:

Problem:

I want to be able to play my sound through my receiver plugged in using the small audio jack. When opening alsamixer I can only see my HDMI card as audio output.
Using commands like 'aplay -l' I cannot find the onboard audio card.
I finished the SoundTroubleshootingProcedure and nothing there helped me out.
