Open alsamixer in a Terminal and use alsamixer to UNMUTE and increase volume to 100% on the 'Speaker' mixer channel.

I UNMUTE the 'speaker' yet there is still no sound from the speaker only on the headset.

Well, after long searching for answer for my problem. I finally got it!!

This is what I did, I installed Lubuntu 14.04 lts. Updated and upgraded it.
And suprisingly it start working!!

When I was looking for a solution for my lagged video. I tried some codes on terminal and some other way it was back at headphone and not on speaker!!

The sounds are unmuted.

Can someone tell me what I did wrong or how to put it back on?

I got it back on!!

I deleted pulseaudio so I only use alsamixer and install xfce4-mixer to make it work.

Here are the codes:

sudo apt-get purge pulseaudio
sudo apt-get install xfce4-mixer gstreamer0.10-alsa

Restart the system and it should work from now on.
