Sound only works for a few minutes after boot

In trying to get my sound working, it comes on for a short time then quits until reboot. here is what I have done:

If you use alsamixer are all levels cranked and unmuted .

It seems your PC is experiencing the following bug, for which there is still no good solution yet:

Could be an overheating issue on your PC.
