why do you install 10.04 LTS ? is near to end of life strongly suggest to install ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS

i cant install using wubi, keeps me rebooting on Ubuntu Live and Windows

i made a DVD from an .iso of 12.10 and when i put the CD on windows says, reboot required. Then i reboot and try again, says the same, reboot requiered. then i run live and select the opction install inside windows and the programs tell reboot again

Any chance to made a regular installation (dual boot mode with ubuntu on a own partition) not using Wubi ?
