Rocketfish RF-71SDCD Sound card 24-bit PCI ... No Audio

I just installed Ubuntu 12.04 and almost everyting works, even my KWorls USB TV Stick { 8 ^ D Thanks !!!
But I have no audio output. I have tried may fixes I found online but none have worked. I can hear the audio drivers mounting when I boot Ubuntu (the speakers click once) and the same during shutdown. I've used Terminal to install some items but I will need the command lines so I can copy/paste

I have a Logitech Z-340 stereo system with subwoofer

I installed ALSA and it shows two tabs on top, one labeled Nvidia GPU 12 HDMI/DP and the other tab says CA0106

The Nvidia GPU 12 HDMI/DP has four checked boxes at the bottom of the window as follows:

yes, onboard works well ASUS M4A87TD-USB3 mobo ... here's the specs

If you don't use it and want to use the creative thing I suggest you disable the onboard sound chip in BIOS. Alternatively you could just keep with the onboard sound if it works

yes, I'm grateful that the onboard audio did work. Eveything I need is functioning ... very nice { 8^D
