Samsung Q45 sound not working at all

Tried adding several lines to alsa-base.conf but didn't work!

If you run:

alsamixer

are all levels cranked and unmuted?

If i run "alsamixer" it says "this sound device does not have any controls" (i got the german language pack, i hope this is an accurate translation).
