Pulse audio configration disabled

Hi, Every body

I' have just installed ubuntu 11.10 through live USB stick replacing windows xp. Now, the problem is occerd sound cracking, wabe page freezing. Logging out screen shows ''Pluse Audio configured per user session saned disabled........etc." Any one help me please!

How to take help and solve my problem ! I'm confused because I'm totally new for ubuntu. May i get some clue please!!!

If you run:

alsamixer

are all levels cranked and unmuted?

Yes, they are all in maximum levels. My problems are not only 'sound' but also whole system. Mouse, booting ,web surfing, etc.. all functions are respectively freezing slowly-slowly one by one in about 1 hour after running the computer. In the last, automatically switch the screen in the 'user account log-in page' and ask pass-word .The process frequently reminding but couldn't not open the desktop page.
