Internal microphone notebook ACER 5920g don't work, works good if i plug external mic

Trying to record an audio file with sound recorder I get a file with only noise.
I have a notebook Acer 5739G.

Using gnome-alsamixer (which you first need to install), I think you need to play with the following mixer settings:

Mixer control 'Input Source',0 is configured to use "Line", but may need to be using "Mic" instead. I assume that Mic refers to your INTERNAL microphone and Front mic to an EXTERNAL microphone.

You may also need to increase the volume on mixer control 'Capture',0 from 35% to 100%
