try:

gksudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf

add the line:

options snd-hda-intel model=$model

Where $model is any one of the following:
dell-vostro
olpc-xo-1_5
laptop

Try each one in turn. you should NOT have more than one of these lines in the file, reboot to test. If the sound doesn't work then edit the line you added (not add a new one) and try the next ending.

i entered the "gksudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf" command, some window appeared, i didn't actually know exactly where to add the next command

It's not a command, it's text to add to the file

do i add it to the end or beginning?

I'd use the end, but it really doesn't matter

why do you say so?

Because its simply a config file telling the system what options to apply (by default) to the module when it loads, using the bottom just makes sense as when you write text (in english anyway) you add it to the bottom

Can you help with this problem?
